About me

Thanks for stopping by my blog! It was originally my e-portfolio during grad school, and I intended to keep writing since graduation was only a stopping point on my journey through learning. It only took three years to get inspired to start blogging again!

I currently work in executive education at the University of Richmond. I am also on the Board of my local chapter of the Association for Talent Development.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my two rescued Golden Retrievers. One day soon I hope to revive their blog, too.

    Hello Joanne
I ran across your paper discussing the acceptability of online degrees as a means of evaluation. I enjoyed reading the article and noticed that the data tables are empty. I am writing to ask if you have completed the study?
    Best regards

Hi Jonathan! Thanks for your note. The paper you asked about was written for my research methods class. The assignment was to think through how to set up the project, but we did not conduct the research. My apologies for not being able to provide you with the actual data.
